Stellar Art Wars are a collective of musicians dating back to the early 90's. Currently involved are Walter (vocals, [percussion), Twiggy (guitar), Ben (mandolin/banjo), Andy (bass), Henry (violin), Terry (percussion) and Patrick (drummer with "Asbo", the punk version of Stellar) Stellar Art Wars, the folk band, is currently inactive, but there's plenty of clips of them live on YouTube. Asbo is now a three piece band consisting of Twiggy (Stephen Branch), vocals/guitar, Andrew Wainwright, vocals, bass and Patrick Auer, drums.

Story behind the song
Hi peoples, its been a while and I thought I’d share my latest work with the site. Robert Siekawitch added 2 rhythm tracks and one solo guitar track Norm Peterson on the Hammond Organ Jammie Lile provided the bass and drum tracks Barry Morgan produced the song. I wrote the lyric and melody and added one rhythm guitar. I miss this place and have just been too busy working to get any writing done. All tracks are here and the vocals are dry.

Lyric I have spent a lot of lonely years by myself battered and broken I fought through pain and a sea of tears all by myself I hadnt spoken The voice inside was silenced by the grief and the pain I’ve lived through I was choking on my feelings and then I found you well it has taken such a long long time for my heart to get around to healing. It’s safe to say its been an uphill climb to find love again I thought I lost the feeling It hasnt come to me easy though I’ve tried, Lord knows I’ve tried I’ve been wrestling with this ghost buried inside And then lightning strikes twice Take my advice you gotta roll the dice sometimes lightning strikes twice Its better to have loved and lost old cliches their a dime a dozen Take the chance no matter what the cost sometimes love comes of the sudden If you let it go and it comes back to you they say it was meant to be when it comes to love well there are no rules Dont you agree
